Kadali Aloo Bhaja (Banana and potato fry)

Ingredients:
2 Potato peeled
2 Raw banana peeled
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbs Vegetable oil
1/2 Tsp Cumin and Mustard seeds
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Cut those potato and banana to your desired shape (I like to cut it to round shape). Wash them properly and keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok add cumin and mustard seeds and wait for them to splutter completely.
Add banana, potato, salt and turmeric powder and mix them properly. (You can also add chili powder and vegetable masala at this step)
Cover and cook in low to medium flame.

Serve with rice and dal.
